Should You Opt Out of the Advance Child Tax Credit?

If you have children under the age of 18, by now you likely have gotten your first advance child tax credit payment, either by check or by direct deposit. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is reminding entities with Employer Identification Numbers (EINs) of their responsibility to update that information whenever the contact information or responsible party changes. August 2021 Residential Stats

The August 2021 residential stats are now available. So let’s take a look at some of the key features. Below you will find snapshots showing the supply and demand for both the Gardnerville and Carson City markets. As you can see, the supply of available homes has continued to decrease over the last two years. It is down 52.8% for Gardnerville and 42.2% for Carson City.
