Diane was amazing. House sold on the first day listed, but the real value was all the preparation getting ready to sell a house in Carson City while we were living in Chicago. Diane was more than a realtor. She kept an eye on the house, arranged for several contractors to fix several small things that needed fixing and then made recommendations on timing, pricing and presentation. Could not have been happier with her caring approach and unflagging professionalism during the entire process. If you need a realtor in Nevada you won’t do better than Diane.
