Alpine & Genoa

The historic town of Genoa, coined as the first settlement, boasts to be the first in Nevada. Quaint and historic, the town proudly maintains its tiny and charming town where there is an actual General Store. There are several communities within the Genoa district; two of which are located on golf courses. Other custom homes vary in size and age but all situated along the west foothill area of the Carson Valley where home prices are among the highest in value. Eagle Ridge. Genoa Lakes, Montana and the new Terrazza are custom and semi custom neighborhoods. To the north of Genoa lies Jack’s Valley, where the views are among the most scenic of mountains, valley and ranches.
